Virtual teen dbt group

Virtual TEEN DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) Group starting September and October 2022. This is a 6-week group course, where teens learn and practice DBT skills they can use to regulate emotions and behaviors, enhance mood, improve relationships and communication, and engage in effective problem-solving.

Mindfulness

Interpersonal effectiveness

Emotion regulation

Distress tolerance  


The group is limited to 6 individuals for 6-week intervals.
