  • Preventing Compassion fatigue and burn out

    Format: Live

    You are called to minister, sometimes in the most emotionally, relationally, and spiritually challenging of situations. Often pastors and church leaders can begin to feel drained, stressed, overwhelmed, or even burned out. In this course, participants will learn and implement effective tools and strategies to assess their level of compassion fatigue, secondary trauma, and burnout, and catalyze preventative and restorative change in their lives and ministry.
