Natasha has over eight years of Christian-focused higher education. Blending evidence-based practices and Christian faith provides clients with a systemic and collaborative approach to the counseling process. It is her goal to create a safe space for clients to have an authentic experience through acceptance, compassion, and non-judgment. She helps clients process past issues, traumas, and current concerns while discovering and utilizing client strengths for growth. She believes in providing clients with the tools they need to overcome obstacles and thrive. Her approach is to walk alongside the client to empower them and build within themselves a sense of purpose, meaning, hope and healing. She works with couples and individuals to overcome past traumas and issues to create more fulfilling lives and relationships.
Natasha specializes in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). She is also trained and utilizes CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Natasha is also a Level I Gottman Couples Counselor. She has a passion for working with adults and teens who have a history of trauma. Her focus is prenatal and postpartum anxiety in women, as well as working with couples, chronic pain issues, career performance counseling, anxiety, and OCD.
